Ritesh Thadani

COO, PlayIgnite

With a background in structured finance and creating the first ‘debt’ solution for the app stores. Ritesh has spent the last five years working closely with the world’s leading game studios, understanding the value chain & key metrics that separate top performing titles from performing titles. Being able to leverage data analysis to increase retention, engagement, monetisation of users and drive marketing spend to maximise ROI. Ritesh is the COO of PlayIgnite and manages all aspects of the business.

Harvey Elliot

CEO, Playstack

Harvey is an industry leader whose 20 year career spans EA, Acclaim Entertainment and Marmalade, where he ran and oversaw multiple UA campaigns. Having finished his 4 year tenure as Chair of the BAFTA Games Committee, Harvey’s extensive experience leading, financing, developing and publishing great games has lead him to found a new games publisher and establish PlayIgnite, lending to developers to fund their marketing campaigns.

Harriet Hughes

CMO, Playstack

Harriet is an accomplished marketeer with over 15 years of experience across the full remit of consumer/ B2B marketing and campaign planning in the Games, Technology and Music industries.
She spent over five years as a Marketing Manager at Electronic Arts delivering the global marketing strategy for mega brand Harry Potter as well as original IP.
As CMO at PlayIgnite Harriet defines brand strategy and manages the Graphics, UA and Social Media teams.

Nasrin Chou

User Acquisition Manager, Playstack

Nasrin has a deep understanding of customer acquisition and has led all of Playstack’s UA efforts for the last 3 years. Prior to Playstack she ran UA for Space Ape Games. She has an MBA with 10+ years of international experience spanning brand marketing and project management. Nasrin has led global cross-functional projects within blue-chip companies as well as startups, in Mobile Gaming, FMCG and Licensing, boosting user acquisition, optimising marketing strategies and establishing new markets.
